The Hilltop garage & ADU is located on the back third of a narrow, 25’-0” wide lot directly abutting an alley in a historic Tacoma neighborhood.

The entirety of the first floor consists of a large single car garage with full height storage and gym area.

A separate stairwell leads to the second floor ADU complete with a full bath, kitchenette, ample closet space and an airy sleeping loft. Three South-facing skylights provide substantial natural illumination for this elevated and private living area.
