A detached, two-storey ADU in Northeast Portland built behind an existing 1920’s craftsman home.

The ADU utilizes a narrow, 13’-6” x 30’ footprint with a rear second floor cantilever, creating a covered outdoor patio.

The second floor living space, bedroom and bathroom are vaulted with skylights for an increased sense of ‘loftiness’ and generous natural light.
